A seed floating in the wind with no direction 
Slowly fading away, it has no protection 
Lands on the bank but sees no reflection 
A choice must be made, life's intersection 

Grow into a tree or fade into the past 
Soar like an eagle, this spring may be it's last 
A decision must be made before the dead of night 
Is it time to lie down and die, or is it time to fight 

It made the right choice and decided to grow 
But wasn't its choice to make, of this it did not know 
Already determined the seed would never be a tree 
It dreams of a better life but hope is all it will ever be

Inhibitory Factors

No one is not knowledgeable
No one is not experienced
No one is not talented
No one is not special..

When you see someone who failed to do something
it does not necessarily imply that he does not know how to do it

It could probably be that there were some inhibitory factors that inhibited his performance...

Your job - as someone who cares- is to uncover those inhibitory factors and identify them.
Once you identified them, it is worth trying to remove them.
If removing the inhibitory factors is not possible
then that person would better be transfered to another medium..
A safe medium that is free of inhibitory factors...


Let him then prove that he is as special as others are

The problem is not inside that person
but rather in the factors around him

it is like the seeds who fail to germinate,
it does not mean that the seeds are not viable
The great possibility is that the seeds are viable, they have life in them, but the problem is in the soil
The medium was not proper for the seeds to germinate

There were some inhibitory factors that inhibited the seeds' germination...

so always assume that the person is actually viable
he has LIFE in him
but it is the medium that usually needs modification
